Objectives
DEI+ (in Dutch: Demonstratie Energie- en Klimaatinnovatie) is a Dutch investment grant aimed at promoting sustainable energy and energy efficiency innovations. Its primary objective is to encourage economic growth and sustainability in the country by supporting companies in developing and implementing innovative products, processes, and services.
Details
DEI+ is available for Dutch companies, as well as businesses operating in Bonaire, St. Eustatius, and Saba. The grant usually covers between 25% and 50% of eligible project costs. Several exceptions to this are possible, such as an additional mark-up of 5% or 10% for costs incurred by medium or small companies (SME), or an increase of up to 80% for research organisations. The maximum amount granted is 25 million euro for pilot projects and 30 million euro for demonstration projects.
